uAlign Authors: How do I embed a video into a uAlign message?

Objective

ANCILE allows you to embed videos from YouTube and other sources directly into a uAlign message.

Environment

Procedure

1. On your computer, go to the video you want to embed and perform the steps to obtain the code to embed the video. The embed code typically starts with or .

   For YouTube:

   1. Under the video, click Share.
   2. Click Embed.
   3. From the box that appears, copy the entire embed code.

   For Vimeo:

   1. Click the Share button that appears when you hover your mouse over the video player.
   2. From the pop-up window that appears, copy the entire embed code for the video.
2. In uAlign, open the Create Message screen to create or edit your message.
3. In the Content field, click the Insert Video… icon.
4. In the Insert Video... dialog, paste the embed code that you previously copied and click Insert.
