uAlign Authors: How do I view campaign progress reports?

Objective

A campaign's progress report displays an overview of the campaign including subscribers completion percentage, average time to complete, overdue subscribers percentage, subscribers not yet started percentage, and a list of messages delivered to and completed by subscribers.

Environment

Procedure

1. Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
2. Click the Manage tab.
3. Click Messages on the left navigation bar.
4. Click the download button to the right of a campaign name.
