Objective
A Group is simply a collection of users. Authors and administrators can subscribe users and/or groups to channels and campaigns.

Procedure
- Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
- Click the Manage tab.
- Click Groups on the left navigation bar.
- To create a new group, click Add Group. To edit an existing group, select the group from the list and click Select.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the group (up to 64 characters).
- In the Description field, enter an optional description of the group (up to 64 characters). This description will only be seen by other administrators.
- To add or remove group members:
- In the Add / Delete Members list, highlight the user's name to be added or removed.
- Click Add to group arrow or Remove from group arrow as desired.
- Click Add or Save as appropriate.
