uAlign Administrators: How do I create or edit a group?


A Group is simply a collection of users. Authors and administrators can subscribe users and/or groups to channels and campaigns.

  1. Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
  2. Click the Manage tab.
  3. Click Groups on the left navigation bar.
  4. To create a new group, click Add Group. To edit an existing group, select the group from the list and click Select.
  5. In the Name field, enter the name of the group (up to 64 characters).
  6. In the Description field, enter an optional description of the group (up to 64 characters). This description will only be seen by other administrators.
  7. To add or remove group members:
    1. In the Add / Delete Members list, highlight the user's name to be added or removed.
    2. Click Add to group arrow or Remove from group arrow as desired.
  8. Click Add or Save as appropriate.
