An administrator can grant or revoke author or administrator privileges to one or more users or groups.

Procedure
- Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
- Click the Manage tab.
- Click Roles on the left navigation bar.
- Select the appropriate role from the Select a role drop-down list: Author or Administrator.
- Click Select.
- To assign or remove users to the role:
- In the Add / Delete list, highlight the user's name to be added or removed to the role.
- Click Move to new role arrow or Move to User role arrow as desired.
- Click Save.
