uAlign Authors: How do I duplicate an existing message to create a new message?

Objective

You can create a new message using the same content as an existing message by duplicating the message.  This can be particularly helpful if you wish to duplicate a message in a different campaign or channel, or send an updated message based upon existing content.

Environment

• Product: ANCILE uAlign

Procedure

1. Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
2. Click the Manage tab.
3. Click Messages on the left navigation bar.
4. Click on the message you want to copy.
5. Click Duplicate.
6. Edit the new message information.
7. Click Publish.
