uAlign Authors: How do I add or remove subscribers in a channel or campaign?

Objective

An author can add or remove subscribers in a campaign or channel.  When a user is assigned to a channel or campaign by an author or administrator, the users cannot unsubscribe. 

Environment

• Product: ANCILE uAlign

Procedure

1. Ensure that the proper organization name is displayed in the upper left.
2. Click the Manage tab.
3. Click Channels or Campaigns on the left navigation bar.
4. To edit an existing channel or campaign, select the channel or campaign from the list and click Select.
5. (Channels only) Enable the Allow Users to Subscribe checkbox if want to give users the ability to self-subscribe to a channel without administrator or author permission. Otherwise, leave this checkbox disabled.
6. To add or remove subscribers:
   1. In the Add / Delete Subscribers list, highlight the subscriber's name to be added or removed.
   2. Click Subscribe user arrow or Unsubscribe user arrow as desired.
7. Click Add or Save as appropriate.
